foods with a low glycemic index and no saturated fats. Spread out over 5

do some kind of physical activity everyday,
make sure it is something you enjoy.
2. Base your foods on vegetables, fruits, fish, seafood, white
meat, and little red meat.

moderate with alcohol consumption, choosing wine or beer before hard
