LDL cholesterol comes from animal fat and clogs up the arteries.

Cholesterol

Cholesterol causes obstruction of the arteries. The more the arteries are clogged up, the less oxygen reaches the cells, causing organ damage. This develops into hypertension, coronary problems and cardiac & renal failure. Cholesterol comes from animal fat. Using vegetable oils and avoiding animal saturated fats reduces cholesterol.

Cholesterol is considered a cardiovascular risk factor no matter how normal the blood pressure level. More and more cardiologists prescribe a drug which lowers the LDL cholesterol in any case

We are now seriously considering the major side effect of irreversible diabetes and senility secondary to taking statin drug in order to lower cholesterol: is it really worth it? Are the studies real or are they financed by the pharmaceutical?

When the norms rose from 3 Gr to 2 GR the consumption of statin drugs rose by 75%.
